1. Booking and Reservations:-

* All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Ujjain Holiday.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Agency").
* Advance deposit Rs.1000/- minimum of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the Arrival date.
* Bookings made within 7 days of the Arrival date may require full payment at the time of booking.
* Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to factors beyond the Agency's control, such as currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, and supplier price increases. Any such changes will be communicated to the client as soon as possible.
* The Agency reserves the right to refuse any booking at its discretion.

2. Payment:-

* Payments can be Accepted made by Debit card, Credit card, UPI, Net-Banking.
* Credit card payments may incur a processing fee of under government rules.
* All Government Taxes(GST) will be Extra Applicable.

3. Cancellations and Refunds:-

* Cancellations by the client must be made in writing and are subject to the following cancellation fees.
* Before 7 days prior to Arrival Deducted Only Advance of the total tour cost Amount.
* Before 5 days prior to Arrival Deduction 20% of the total tour cost.
* Deduction 2 days prior to Arrival of the total tour (non-refundable).
* Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 3 business days of receiving written cancellation notice.
* The Agency reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, political instability, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, the client will be offered a full refund or an alternative tour of comparable value.
* No refunds will be given for unused services or portions of a tour.

4. Travel Documents:-

* Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required vaccinations.
* The Agency can assist with visa applications for an additional fee.
* The Agency is not responsible for any delays or losses due to incorrect or missing travel documents.

5. Travel Insurance:-

* Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers. It is the client's responsibility to obtain adequate travel insurance to cover medical expenses, trip cancellations, lost baggage, and other unforeseen circumstances.
* The Agency can assist with purchasing travel insurance.

6. Itinerary and Changes:-

* The Agency will make every effort to adhere to the published itinerary. However, changes may be necessary due to factors beyond the Agency's control, such as weather conditions, transportation schedules, or local circumstances.
* The Agency reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary without prior notice.
* The Agency is not responsible for any costs or losses incurred due to changes in the itinerary.

7. Liability:-

* The Agency acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other service providers and is not liable for their acts or omissions.
* The Agency is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property arising from participation in a tour.
* The Agency is not liable for any delays or cancellations caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, political instability, or strikes.

8. Code of Conduct:-

* Clients are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner during the tour.
* The Agency reserves the right to remove any client from a tour if their behavior is disruptive or harmful to other participants.

9. Governing Law:-

* These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Madhya Pradesh (INDIA).
* The jurisdiction for any kind of legal dispute will be Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh (INIDA).

10. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:-

* By booking a tour with the Agency, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
